We offer different cycling tours along (parts of) the ViaRhôna - This 815km cycle route,leads the cyclist from Alpine panoramas to Camargue beaches across emblematic landscapes of the Cotes du Rhône vineyards and those of the southern Provence: hilltop villages, lavender or olive tree fields, gastronomic discoveries. The ViaRhôna cycle route spreads more than 2000 years of history and heritage treasures alternating secure greenways and shared paths.
This cycle routes now link three regions: Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Occitanie and Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur and have been included in the Eurovélo network. Starting on the shores of Lake Geneva and running all the way to the Mediterranean Sea, this route passes through many charismatic towns such as Arles, Avignon and Montélimar.
They are mainly greenways and some shared roads, which is ideal for peaceful cycling and exploration of breathtaking landscapes. Arenas, castles, religious buildings: many heritage sites dating from Antiquity and the Middle Ages are present along the route! But it is also an opportunity not to be missed to discover Alpine panoramas and contemplate the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône and Provence!
